Important Information Regarding Your Appointment
Thank you for booking an appointment with Legacy Piano Tuning & Repair! Please keep these things in mind before your appointment:
Time Flexibility - Please note that the time you have chosen for your appointment is an estimated time. It is difficult to predict exactly how long it will take to service a piano, and sometimes appointment times run behind or ahead. If there are any changes, you will be notified first.
Appointment Confirmation - You may be contacted to confirm your appointment. If we are unable to reach you, we may cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Clear Piano - Please clear off any objects that may be on the lid of your piano so it can be opened for tuning.
Quiet Environment - Please ensure the environment is quiet during tuning of your piano.
Repairs/Sticking Keys, etc (If Applicable) - Please be ready to explain exactly what repairs are needed or which keys are sticking. If you are booking an appointment for a church or other venue, please communicate with the pianist before the appointment about any special requests they may have. For example, if there are keys sticking, please ask them to make a note of which keys are sticking and have that available at the appointment.
Tax Exemption Organizations (If Applicable) - To ensure you do not have to pay taxes for your appointment, please fill out this form and return it at the appointment or electronically through text or email. A photo or scan is acceptable.
